HOW TO APPLY
Click on the job title below you are interested in and click on the “Apply” link. If this is the first time you are applying using our online job application, you will need to create an account and select a Username and Password. After your account has been established, you can build an application by clicking on the “Build Job Application” link. This application can be saved and used to apply for more than one job opening. It is important that your application show all relevant education and experience that you possess.
Applications must be completed fully and may be rejected if incomplete.
RESUME, COVER LETTER AND REFERENCE INFORMATION
Most job postings request that you attach a resume, cover letter, transcripts and references to your online Job Application. They must be attached separately. To attach:
1) Click on Job Application
2) Scroll down to Attachments; click on “Add Attachment(s)”
3) In “File Description” type “resume”, “cover letter”, “transcripts” and “references” for each document
4) Next to the “File” click on Browse and double left click on the document you wish to attach
5) Click on Upload. There is a size limit of 5 MB on each individual attachment
If you do not attach a cover letter or references to your electronic application if one is required, you may not be considered. References will not be contacted unless you become a finalist and provide written permission.
Most job postings require submittal of transcripts. Please redact any of the following items which appear on the transcript before you submit it: Social Security Number, birth date, age, gender, and date of high school graduation. Foreign transcripts must include an official transcript evaluation which interprets equivalency to U.S. graduate credits. If you scan your transcript, please make sure it is readable before you attach it to your application. If the position requires a transcript and you do not submit your transcript(s), you may not be considered.
