Money is good , you have incentives often.

Every week is another sale and if you don’t perform this week even though you did last week you feel your job is being threatened.

Advice to Management

Appreciate your loyal workers , the turn over rate is high for a reason.

“Pathetic in every way”

I worked at Rent-A-Center full-time (Less than a year)

It’s a paycheck. Not much else. As a Customer Account Rep (delivery/collections/sales/stocking/everything else.) You are the bottom of the ladder. You are expected to collect payments, without accepting cash money from a customer at their front door (why even knock?!) AND meet sales quotas for the week after you have spent every day from start to finish rubbing all the deliveries and trying to collect accounts. Deliveries were first priority. Collections was “If time allows” around the delivery schedule. Friday and Saturday was hustle on collections because you were told to spend your week doing the deliveries and were no given any time to collect. God forbid you get over time because of crappy management! I know the collections game well. This company doesn’t. They have unrealistic standards and goals that are beyond the scope of reality with what time and responsibility is given. Do not work here unless you want to be worked like a dog in heat. It’s not worth it.

Pay. Management. Policy’s. Employees. Morale.

Advice to Management

Let your employees do their jobs and stop making an easy job difficult.
